“Hello my name is Kerry Donnelly and I will share my experience with Katie
What started out as a 12 week lose weight programme culminated into a Bodybuilding Competition. I was in a home gym and Katie designed the workouts to fit with the equipment available. Workouts were described and also had videos available to view.
The weekly checks enabled Katie to adjust eating and workouts.
I finished first in my age group but apparently was too muscular to place in the overall category which Katie had alluded to but we only had 20 weeks from start to finish.
I did eventually go on to win 2 champion bodybuilding events with ICN.
Training and food is closely monitored and discussion with Katie around different food items and any work out problems were swiftly dealt with the same day.
Would highly recommend Katie for all facets of either weight lose or competition events.
